Brandon Jones has a strong resolve when it comes to fitness modeling. Asked the question why does he want to be part of fitness modeling, he blurts out confidently this answer:
I live, breath, eat, sleep, dream the fitness world. I work as a personal trainer for a local health club and workout at least five (5) days a week, every single week with the exception of a backoff week every now and then. I eat a pretty structured diet which is pretty healthy and nutritiously rounded. I feel I am a great person to be seen both as a role model and in the appearance of my physique. My physique is whole and not just made up of one strong part which I admire in people. I have a great build, have a great attitude and just enjoy and love doing what I do. I feel I would make a great role model and success story for others around the world!
Enough said. Brandon Jones knows what he’s doing and he’s committed in now only being a male fitness model, but a true role model of a lifestyle lived the healthy way.
BRANDON’S FITNESS REGIMEN:
Right now I workout 5 times a week, hitting a different body part with weights each time. I hate doing cardio unless its a sporting event and so I work cardio into my training with weights using things such as drop sets, strip sets, super sets, tri-sets, quad-sets anything to keep my heart rate up a little more. I hit chest, tri’s (high rep), and traps Mondays. Back, bi’s, abs Tuesdays, Legs on Weds, shoulders and lower traps on Thursdays, and arms on Fridays. I try and hit my abs 2 or 3 times a week and will occasionally throw an ab and cardio only day in there on Saturday. I like to do a mixture of power lifting and bodybuilding philosophies. I eat a fairly clean diet with the exception of ice cream from time to time and I allow myself a cheat day once a week. I try and get at least 200 grams of protein, 300-400 grams of carbs, and 60 to 70 grams of fat on a normal training day. I lift hard, and I lift intense. My intensity is so high at this point I do not need much additional cardio to keep my body fat down. I love working out and plan to do so forever!
