Benjamin is a 22 year old male fitness model from the UK who has been modeling for more than six months now and is currently working on his body to get it to perfection! He has already been part of various modeling assignments and maintains his online portfolios in both PureStorm and ModelMayhem.

BENJAMIN’S FITNESS REGIMEN:

I train four days a week spliting all body parts up over the week so I do not overtrain, the breakdown of days and muscles is below

Day1:- Chest, Triceps, abs followed by 15mins of cardio
Day2:- Back, Biceps followed by 30mins of cardio
Day3:- Shoulders, Traps, Abs and 15mins of cardio
Day4:- Legs, 45mins cardio.

For each muscle I do four (4) different exercises for example chest i will do flat barbell/dumbell press, incline barbell/ dumbell press, cable crossover then finally pec deck.

Each exercise consits of 4 sets 1 set upto 15 reps max to warm up then 3 sets of 6-10 reps max.

Cardio consists of treadmill working up to speed 6 and working up the incline up to full incline within the first minute then continue at this height and pace for the 15-30 min. For the 45min cardio session I normally start with 15mins on the cross trainer.

Miguel has been modeling for three years now and is with Look Model Agency in San Francisco. He does print, runway, fashion and is now focusing on fitness. He said he tried to do the “skinny” modeling type but figured out that his body is leaning more on the muscular-type of modeling. Due to that he has focused his training more towards the bodybuilding style.

MIGUEL’S FITNESS REGIMEN:

To keep myself fit and healthy, I start my day by riding my bike to the gym at 6:45 am. I determine what body part I need to work on the gym depending on what day of the week it is (I go M, T, TH, FRI, SAT). Post weights, I do 35-45 minutes of cardio. I make dinner for me and my wife, which is of course something healthy and keeps myself from drinking, which I believe has been essential in maintaining my healthy lifestyle.

Joseph began modeling last January of this year and so far he has already gotten a lot of attention with tons more coming his way every single day. He is currently a sophomore at Michigan University and has already shot with some of the best photographers in the industry. He will soon be traveling to North Carolina, California and Florida for more photo shoots and has also been getting into acting in movies and films. He soon hopes to roam the world as a male model and actor.

“My routine consists of stretching up to 30 minutes before each workout session, core exercises, and endurance runs up to 4 miles. I make sure that I am maintaining a balanced diet and consuming healthy foods throughout the day. All of this will help you create the more confident and comfortable you.”
