Photographer Christopher Correia‘s eyes for talent is once again showcased by these quality images of male model Sean Ferguson in his latest contribution to MFM! Chris also shares with us Sean’s fitness regimen and activities, which has resulted to the top-notch physique he embodies.
Sean’s fitness routine consists of working intensely every two weeks and switching up muscle groups and doing different variations with his workouts. Monday and Tuesday are the most important days because he hits chest, abs, triceps, back and biceps.
In regards to diet he mainly sticks to eating organic: tofu, soy protein, whey protein, veggies and salmon. Starting after the morning workout which is around 12, before then he consumes an apple because he needs to lift on a somewhat empty stomach. He started realizing that in order to not plateau in the gym that switching up the workouts from heavy free weights to body weight exercising really keeps the body guessing and gets you better results. Although if you don’t follow through with the diet, the workout means nothing. His motto is if you can’t keep the body guessing then you are stuck where you are and need to try new things.
He went from heavy lifting/body building to more of an aerobic/MMA/body-weight exercising cutting down to 8% body fat and he feels great!
