Anthony Cotilletta is not just another pretty face and hot body in the scene of newly minted, up and coming male fitness models. A Long Island, NY native of Italian-American descent, his story is one filled with courage and a strong encouragement to anyone (not just models or athletes), who desires to live a fit and healthy lifestyle.
At the age of 16, Anthony needed to learn how to lead a family. His father died of a heart attack, creating a void for a male figurehead for his sisters and mother. Determined, physically active, and single-minded, it was a turning point for him. Instead of using the situation as an excuse to go wayward, he used it as a mighty rationale why he needed to be strong, physically and mentally. It was for Anthony, a turning point, a difficult situation, that he overcame; influencing him in the process to become the man that he is today.
A handsome and committed baseball player when he was in college, Anthony got into weight lifting and eventually gained a phenomenal physique for his commitment on the field and in the gym. One day, James Villepigue, the author of The Body Sculpting Bible reached out to him and asked if he’s interested to model, Anthony obliged and discovered that he has what it takes to become a male fitness model. He has since then been featured in a book and participated in a fitness DVD program.
After resting for a few years from the industry and focusing on his career as a certified personal trainer, Anthony is back on track. He recently worked with published photographer Daniel Lerro, producing shots worthy of fitness magazines’ attentions. His first shoot with Kimberly Nicholias, a few moments after his hiatus, was the most viewed page on MaleFitnessModels.NET in February, making Anthony the MFM Model of the Month for March of this year.
A true hunk and an attractive man whose beauty is far beyond what the eyes can see, Anthony is set to take the stage, showcasing a physique, face and character fashioned by discipline, challenges and real-life circumstances that not everyone could easily conquer. As he enters the field once again, I for one is confident, Anthony Cotilletta is ready for the big game.
