Today we continue our feature with British male fitness model Adam Fletcher. To see his first feature please scroll below or click here.
Hunter S. Thompson. For Adam, he is the most inspirational person on earth. “He had an amazing concept on life. I kinda think like him.” Thompson is not a fan of rules, a trait that Adam can relate to. “People get wrapped up in the routine of life and they forget that we’re on a spinning planet in the middle of space. There is more to life than structure. I just like to float about.”
Living fearlessly is another characteristic of Hunter S. Thompson that Adam Fletcher admires. True enough, Adam has some very daring statements, proclaiming an attitude of going for broke big time all the time. He declares, “who cares if you car is running low on fuel, drive it until it stops then get out. Don’t worry about it running out then thinking thank god it didn’t.” Inferring from such comment, it seems that Adam Fletcher is a genuine risk taker!
ENCOURAGING PEOPLE TO GET FIT
“I have already converted a goth alcoholic into my strict diet, in fact he begged me to let him do it. I just kind of show people there is more to life than getting wasted and having nothing to show for it. People are inspired by results. Going to the gym brings them (results). When you have results and goals you have hit your become happy.” Adam answers when asked how he will inspire people to stay fit and healthy. Immediately, he concludes, “going to the gym and dieting will make you happy in the long run whilst feeling good at the same time. Plus its an extra interest and you meet people at the gym a win win win situation.” Adding that some results one can potentially get when going to the gym is “gets abs for you, or they help you get the girl you have always wanted.”
Adam considers diet as having a great impact on one’s health and fitness 80% of the time. A common suggestion, which he endorses is eating small meals every three hours and no carbs after 3 pm. In terms of feasting, “Remember you can have one blow out day a week, hold everything you waiting for this day. Gives you something to look forwards to too.”
All in all, Adam has a well-formed view of life. One that is comprehensive, rich and full of life. Based from our short conversations, I feel that he is someone who can charm people and has the ability to make them want to look good and do what they have been wanting to do all their life. Making themselves look good. A skill that takes not only body and brains, but a sincere desire to help people achieve their goals as well.
For a male fitness model, Adam Fletcher is more than the perfect package!

All male fitness models that I have featured on the site have been very generous with their time in providing information about them, answering questions via email and on the phone to share their life. But if there’s one guy who has impressed me the most when it comes to his answers, it’s Adam Fletcher.
This fit guy is oozing with body and brains. It was no surprise when he said that he currently works in the energy industry as an IT Technical Analyst and writes codes like ORACLE and UNIX, which for many of us is a totally different language.
Adam is the third, but definitely not the last, UK-based models I have featured on MaleFitnessModels.NET. He is good friends with male fitness models Lee Stram and Vincent Azzopardi, with the latter preceding him for a feature last Monday. His first experience in modeling was through Irish Wolf, a talented photographer, where one of his friends, Lee Stram has shot. Irish Wolf saw pictures of Adam on Facebook and thought of him to be a good subject. And his pictures didn’t lie as he was in great shape and was “kinda training for nothing.” As soon as he said, “yep I’m in” for a shoot, the male fitness model quality in Adam Fletcher’s physique and personality came out.
GOALS AS A MALE FITNESS MODEL
Adam says that as a fitness model, he “hope to accomplish enjoyment of life.” He wants to use his career as a means to meet more people, develop relationships with them, and get to know them – all while keeping his boundaries and keeping his eyes on his goals when at work. He also desires to share his ideas on fitness and nutrition to an audience, declaring that “everyone has abs, you just need to get them out.” Adam vehemently declares that people with abs and great bodies “aren’t special, they are like you and me. But they work hard and have fun (in) getting them.”
HOBBIES AND INTERESTS…
Adam Fletcher goes through several phases when it comes to his hobbies. As a well-rounded guy with tons of interests, his current favored recreational activity depends on his current personal goals and the demands of his lifestyle. He used to do professional skateboarding, but now trains hard on the gym, especially that his male fitness model career is on the rise. Adam said something about girls in the hobbies section of the interview, which I couldn’t quite understand (and never asked him). Is it as hobbies? Or ultimate focus in life? It does sounds a bit of a mysterious answer, but we’ll let Adam answer that next time! One thing we’re sure of when it comes to his spare time interests is that he wants to learn freebasing or “jumping off high stuff.”
Note to girls: Our guy seems charming and nice. Again, as for the girls and hobbies relation, Adam Fletcher will have to answer that when we do an update on him next year.
